It's a very large and beautiful museum located within the Xcaret park, near the brown line (the lines painted on the ground). It features many antiques, as well as toys, statues, handicrafts, vases, and rooms (kitchen, dining room, bedroom) furnished with period pieces. There are also many skeletons and some antique cars. It's a beautiful place with a lot of very interesting exhibits. When the guide/caretaker/curator notices that you're interested in something, he'll gladly come over and tell you a few interesting facts about what you're currently viewing – in my opinion, this is definitely a plus. Overall, the place has a very atmospheric feel.

Be very careful on the black path on the way back when using a wheelchair, as there are loose stones that are difficult to see and where the wheels can get stuck and damaged, especially near where all the signs and arrows for the attractions are located. Fortunately, the park has wheelchairs available, and we were able to continue our tour and enjoy this spectacular and amazing museum. Thank you, Xcaret staff!
